践行科学发展观,振兴中医中药学

目的：探讨全面落实科学发展观的现实意义,创新发展中医中药,实现中医中药现代化、国际化。方法：坚持科学发展观,加快中医药创新,有利于实现中医药现代化,正确对待继承与创新,促进中医药科学发展等进行了论述。结果：中医药现代化的科学内涵、外延非常复杂,内容十分丰富,是一个有机的系统工程,是现代中医药发展的主题,不能简单化、急功近利化、局部化、个体化、单一化。继承与创新是辩证的统一,二者只能并重并提。在继承中创新,在创新中继承。创新中医药理论、技术、管理、法规、文化、标准、品牌,＂六位一体＂创新发展,实现中药材、中药饮片、中成药、中医药现代化、标准化、国际化。结论：只有践行科学发展观,才能振兴中医药学。

Practicing Scientific Outlook on Development and Vitalizing Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective：To explore the significance to comprehensively implement the scientific outlook on development,innovatively develop Chinese medicine and achieve the modernization and internationalization of Chinese medicine.Methods：Adhering the scientific outlook on development and accelerating innovation of Chinese medicine,to achieve the modernization of Chinese medicine;correctly confronting the inheritance and innovation to promote scientific development of Chinese medicine.Results：Scientific connotation and extension of modernization of Traditional Chinese Medicine was very complex and rich,and was an organic systematic engineering and the theme of development of Chinese medicine in the 21st century which could not be simplified,eagered for guick success and instant benefit localized,individualized and singularize.Inheritance and innovation was a dialectical unification and the two must be paid equal attention and mention at the same time.Traditional Chinese Medicine should innovate in the inheritance and inherit in the innovation.Innovating the theory,technology,management,regulations,laws,culture,standards and brands of Chinese medicine,namely to make the above six in one body to innovate and develop Chinese medicine,so as to achieve the modernization,standardization and internationalization of Chinese medicinal materials,Chinese herbal medicinal slices,Chinese patent medicine and Chinese medicine.Conclusion：Only practicing the scientific outlook on development can we vitalize traditional Chinese medicine.
