中西医结合治疗自发性气胸的临床研究

摘    要:目的:探讨中西医结合治疗自发性气胸的临床疗效。方法:将39例自发性气胸患者随机分为观察组20例和对照组19例。对照组采用西医治疗,观察组在此基础上给予黄芪注射液40 mL和丹参注射液20 mL治疗,观察和分析两组患者的临床疗效和住院时间。结果:观察组20例,治愈15例,好转5例,无效1例,有效率为95.0%;对照组19例,治愈9例,好转6例,无效4例,有效率为78.9%。两组比较有显著性差异(P〈0.05)。两组住院时间比较,观察组患者的住院时间明显少于对照组。结论:中西医结合治疗自发性气胸的临床效果显著。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the clinical effect of combined traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in the treatment of spontaneous pneumothorax.Methods:39 cases with spontaneous pneumothorax were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(19cases)was given therapy of western medicine.The observation group(20 cases) was given Huangqi injection 40 mL and Danshen injection 20 mL,based on the control group.The duration of stay and effective rate of the both groups were observed and analysed.Results:Among 20 cases of the observation group,15 cases were cures;5 became better;1 was ineffective and the effetive rate was 95.0%.Among 19 cases of the control group,9 cases were cures;6 cases became better;4 were ineffective and the effective rate was 78.9%.The patients of the observation group were less than the control group for the duration of stay.The difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion:The combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine has significant curative effects on spontaneous pneumothorax.
