雷贝拉唑联合猴菇菌片治疗消化性溃疡临床研究

目的：探讨雷贝拉唑联合猴菇菌片治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法：将90例确诊的消化性溃疡患者,依据就诊先后顺序,随机分为两组。对照组40例,采用雷贝拉唑每天2次,每次20 mg;克拉霉素每天2次,每次0.5 g;阿莫西林每天2次,每次1 g。口服1周。治疗组50例,在对照组基础上加服猴菇菌片,每天3次,每次3片。两组均6周为1个疗程,治疗期间戒烟忌酒,勿食生冷及辛辣刺激食物,规律饮食,注意饮食卫生。结果：在治疗消化性溃疡症状方面,治疗组有效率为100.00%,对照组有效率为90.00%,经χ2检验：χ2=5.233,ν=1,P=0.022,治疗组明显优于对照组;在抗幽门螺杆菌方面,治疗组有效率为92.00%,对照组有效率为72.50%,两组比较：χ2=6.084,ν=1,P=0.014,治疗组明显优于对照组。且经观察未发现明显不良反应。结论：雷贝拉唑联合猴菇菌片治疗消化性溃疡有较好的临床疗效。

Clinical Research of Rabeprazole Combined with Hericii Tablets in the Treatment of Peptic Ulcer Disease

Objective：To explore the clinical effect of rabeprazole combined with hericii tablets in the treatment of peptic ulcer disease.Methods：90 Patients with peptic ulcer disease according to the turn of doctors′ office visiting were randomly divided into two groups.The control group（40cases） was given rabeprazole 20 mg·t-1,Clarithromycin0.5 g·t-1,amoxicillin1 g·t-1,twice a day for one week.The treatment group（50 cases）was given hericii tablets 3 tablets·t-1,3 times·d-1,based on the control group.6 weeks as a course of treatment in the two groups.Cigarrattes,alcohol,raw,cold,or other rajasic foods should be avoided.Regular life and a healthy diet week ept.Results：On the treatment of symptoms of peptic ulcer disease,the effective rate was 100.00% in the treatment group,while 90.00% in the control group.Chi-sguare（χ2） test：χ2=5.233,ν=1,P=0.022,the treatment group was better than the control group.On the antihelicobacter pylori,the effective rate was 92.00% in the treatment group,while 72.5% in the control group.Comparison between the two groups：χ2=6.084,ν=1,P=0.014.The treatment group was better than the control group.There was no obvious side effect during the treatment.Conclusin：Rabeprazole combined with hericii tablets has significant curative effect in treating peptic ulcer disease.
