中医药治疗冠状动脉旁路移植术后综合征研究述评

目的：探讨冠状动脉旁路移植术后综合征的中医药治疗方法和思路。方法：检索近年来关于冠状动脉旁路移植术后综合征的治疗方法,按照辨证论治的原则,分别对手术后的脑、肺、心损伤及免疫功能失调、全身性炎症反应综合征、并发胃肠功能紊乱、术后失眠、术后汗症、焦虑抑郁的治疗方法和手术对生活质量的影响等予以分类总结。结果：中医药治疗冠状动脉旁路移植术后综合征疗效确切。结论：中医药能提高手术成功率、防治并减少并发症及术后综合征。

Study Review on Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment for the Post-Operative Syndromes of Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting

Objective：To explore the treatment methods and ideas of traditional Chinese medicine for the post-operative syndromes of coronary artery bypass grafting.Methods：Treatment methods for the post-operative syndromes of coronary artery bypass grafting in recent years were retrieved and searched.In accordance with the principles of syndrome differentiation and treatment,treatment methods for various post-operative syndromes were respectively classified and summarized such as postoperative brain,lung,heart damage,immune dysfunction,systemic inflammatory response syndrome complicated by gastrointestinal dysfunction,postoperative insomnia,hyperhidrosis,anxiety and depression and the influence of surgery on quality of life,etc.Results：Chinese medicine had definite curative efficacy for the treatment of post-operative syndromes of coronary artery bypass agrafting.Conclusion：Chinese medicine could improve the success rate of surgery,prevent,treat and reduce complications and postoperative syndromes.
