| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨针刺配合透灸治疗失眠的临床疗效。方法：针刺双侧肺俞、心俞、脾俞、肝俞、肾俞,同时采用艾灸透灸40 min,每日1次,10次为1个疗程,治疗3个疗程后评定疗效。结果：60例患者中痊愈33例,显效15例,有效9例,无效3例,有效率为95%。结论：针刺配合透灸治疗失眠临床疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with penetrating moxibustion for the treatment of insomnia.Methods：The acuponts of bilateral Feishu（bl 13）,Xinshu（bl 15）,Pishu（bl 20）,Ganshu（bl 18） and Shenshu（bl 23） were acupunctured,while at the same time the penetrating moxibustion was used for 40 min,one time per day with 10 times as a course of treatment.The curative effects were evaluated after three courses of treatment.Results：Among 60 cases,33 cases were cured;15 cases were markedly effective;9 cases were effective;3 cases were ineffective.The efficiency rate was 95 %.Conclusion：Acupuncture combined with penetrating moxibustion has significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of insomnia. |
