血清C反应蛋白浓度与脑梗死患者预后关系的研究

目的研究血清C反应蛋白（CRP）浓度变化与脑梗死患者预后的关系。方法测定70例脑梗死患者（脑梗组）、20例腔隙性脑梗死患者（腔梗组）及40名健康体检者（对照组）血清CRP浓度，计算其异常率。根据脑卒中病人临床神经功能缺损程度评分（NDS）标准评分。结果脑梗组CRP浓度高于腔梗组（P〈0．01），腔梗组高于对照组（P〈0．01），CRP异常率脑梗组大于腔梗组（P〈0．05）；CRP高的病人NDS改善低于CRP正常组，且预后无变化及死亡明显高于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论CRP浓度是临床评估脑梗死严重程度和预后的重要指标。

STUDY OF RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN PROGNOSIS OF CEREBRAL INFARCTION AND SERUM LEVEL OF C-REACTIVE PROTEIN

Objective To study relationship between prognosis of cerebral infarction and serum level of C-reactive.Methods 90 patients(70 with thrombosis and 20 with lacunar infarction) and 40 healthy persons were enrolled in this study.the serum level and abnormal rate of CRP were determined.All the patients were scored by clinic neurological function deficit scale(NDS).Results The serum level of CRP in the patients with thrombosis was higher than that in the patients with lacunar infarction.It was also higher in the patients with thrombosis than in the patients with lacunar infarction(P<0.01).The patients with abnormal serum level of CRP was lower score NDS and worse prognosis(all P<0.01).Conclusion Serum level of CRP is an important marker to evaluate the severity and prognosis of cerebral infarction.
