转化生长因子β1在胃溃疡愈合过程中的表达及意义

目的探讨转化生长因子β1在人胃溃疡愈合过程中的表达及意义。方法实验分4组，正常胃黏膜组，胃溃疡活动期组，胃溃疡愈合期组和胃溃疡瘢痕期组，各20例。采用免疫组织化学方法检测TGF-β1的表达，原位杂交技术检测TGF-β1 mRNA的表达。结果TGF-β1蛋白和TGF-β1 mRNA表达趋势一致，在正常胃黏膜组、胃溃疡活动期组、愈合期组和瘢痕期组中的表达逐渐升高（P〈0．05）。结论在人胃溃疡愈合过程中，存在着内源性TGF-β1表达由弱到强的演变过程，TGF-β1可能参与了胃溃疡的愈合过程。

Variation of Transforming Growth Factor-betaβ1(TGF-β1)during the Healing of Human Gastric Ulcer

Objective To investigate changes of transforming growth factor-betaβ1（TGF-β1） during the healing of human gastric ulcer. Method The expression of transforming growth factor-betaβ1（TGF-β1） in human gastric mucosa：normal, active stage of gastric ulcer, healing stage of gastric ulcer and scarring stage of gastric ulcer（each 20 cases） were detected by immunlhistochemical methods and computerized image analysis. Result The expression intensity of TGF-β1 was different between normal gastric mucosa and mucosa at different stages of gastric ulcer. The expression in normal gastric ulcer was positive localized fibrocyte, and at the acting stage was positive where lied in extracellular matix of glandular epithelium; while at the healing stage and scarring stage was strongly positive. The positive signal of TGF-β1 was localized in rebirth-body of gland, desmocyte and endothelial cells. There were significantly different stages of gastric ulcer and normal gastric mucosa. They were significantly higher at the healing stage and scarring stage than at the active stage in average integral optic density and area density. And the results of average ash degree and area in TGF-β1 mRNA were significantly different. （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The variation of TGF-β1 was closely related to the healing of human gastric ulcer, and rational use of TGF-β1 can promote the healing of gastric ulcer.
