三种基底烤瓷冠临床应用效果的比较

目的:比较和探讨镍铬合金、含钛的镍铬合金、高金合金烤瓷冠的临床应用效果。方法:分别制作三种不同基底烤瓷冠各50个,让患者佩戴,观察三者带入时和带入3年后烤瓷冠的颜色、边缘密合度、颈缘染色及冠的折裂、折断的情况。结果:镍铬合金与含钛的镍铬合金烤瓷冠在颜色、边缘密合度、颈缘染色方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),高金合金烤瓷冠无颈缘染色,在颜色和边缘密合度方面优于另外二者(P<0.05)。三者在折裂崩瓷方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:高金合金烤瓷冠比另外两者有更好的临床效果。

Curative effect analysis of three bases ceramic and porcelain crown

Objective To compare the clinic effect of the ceramic crowns made of Ni-Cr alloy and Ni-Cr alloy containing Ti and high gold alloy.Methods One hundred and fifty ceramic crowns were made of three alloys respectively(50 pieces each type).The color,margin fitness,cervical gray line and fracture of the ceramic crowns were checked during the following 3 years.Results Ni-Cr alloy ceramic crowns were similar to Ni-Cr alloy containing Ti ceramic crowns in color,cervical gray line,margin fitness and fracture(P>0.05).The high gold alloy ceramic crowns had no cervical gray line and were better than the other two kinds in color and margin fitness significantly(P<0.05).The fracture of ceramic crowns and allergy were not found.Conclusion The clinic effects of high gold alloy ceramic crowns are better than the other two kinds.
