| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨分析端粒酶，C－erbB-2癌基因蛋白在乳腺肿瘤中的表达及意义。方法：应用免疫组化等方法，对165例患者分别进行检测，结果：端粒酶，C－erbB-2主要表达于癌细胞中，均与腋淋巴结转移密切相关（P＜0．01），且二者均在乳腺癌前病变中有表达。结论：二者联合，即可用于鉴别乳腺良，恶性病变，又可做为早期诊断指标，亦可用于判断预后。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the correlation about expression of telomerase and C-erbB-2 in breast tumor.Method One hunderd and sixty-five cases of breast disease were studied by immunohistochemical analysis.Result Expression of Telomerase and C-erbB-2 was in carcinoma cells and closely related with armpit lymph node's metastases (P<0.01). Particularly, they have expression in breastprecancerous lesion. Conclusion Telomerase and C-erbB-2 are not only used in distinguishing benign and malignant diseases but also regarded as early diagnosis target of breast cancer. |
