Sono CT和XRES技术在乳腺肿瘤中的临床应用

目的评价Sono CT和XRES技术在乳腺肿瘤诊断中的临床应用价值。方法应用实时合成成像(Sono CT)和XRES技术及普通超声对72例经手术病理证实的乳腺肿瘤患者的声像图进行对比分析。结果Sono CT和XRES技术使乳腺肿瘤组织分辨率明显增加，可改善乳腺肿瘤的边界和界面清晰度，肿瘤伪像减少，由此可加强对病变组织微细结构的观察，使较小病灶检出率增加；Sono CT和XRES技术可使乳腺囊肿的侧壁回声失落完全被抑制。结论Sono CT和XRES技术联合应用，大大提高了乳腺肿瘤图像质量，增加了乳腺疾病检出率。

Clinical Application of Sono CT and XRES in Diagnosis of Breast Tumors

Objective To assess the application of Sono CT and Extreme resolution (XRES) in the diagnosis of breast tumors. Methods Seven-two patients with breast tumors confirmed by pathology were examined by Sono CT and XRES and the images were compared. Results In 72 cases with breast tumors, the lateral boundaries and interfaces of solid tumors were particularly clear; Conjugation of Sono CT and XRES could improve the contrast resolution. Sono CT and XRES was also found to suppress artifacts and to reinforce minute structures in the breast solid tumors, so that smaller malignant lesions in the breast would be detected with Sono CT and XRES. Acoustic shadows of lateral boundaries were completely suppressed by Sono CT and XRES in breast cysts. Conclusions Compared to conventional ultrasound, integration of Sono CT and XRES can enhance diagnostic information quantity and contrast resolution, can improve the image quality so as to increase the positive detection rate for the diagnosis of breast tumors.
