胶原酶溶解术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的适应证选择

目的　评价胶原酶溶解术后 1、2、3年的疗效 ,分析疗效与适应证之间的关系。方法　按统一的诊断标准、治疗方法 ,对 1996-0 1～ 1999-0 1行胶原酶溶解术、资料完整的腰椎间盘突出症患者 12 5 4例进行随访观察 ,按统一的疗效标准评价胶原酶溶解术的 1、2、3年的疗效。结果　“单纯性椎间盘突出症” ,1年优良率 93 .1% ,2年优良率 90 .3 % ,3年优良率 90 .9%。结论　“单纯性椎间盘突出症”是胶原酶溶解术的最佳适应证 ,合并有其他影响因素的椎间盘突出症应慎重选择胶原酶溶解术

Choice of Indications in the Treatment for Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation with Collagenase Chemolysis

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of collagenase chemolysis after 1,2,3 year and analyse the relationship between therapeutic effect and indication and select indication for it. Methods According to uniform diagnosis criterion and therapeutic method, 1254 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation who had integral data and received collagenase chemolysis from January 1996 to January 1999 in our Department were followed. The therapeutic effects of collagenase chemolysis after 1,2,3 year were evaluated with uniform therapeutic effect criterion.Results The simple lumbar intervertebral disc herniation,1 year effective rate was 93.1%, 2 years effective rate was 90.3%, 3 years effective rate was 90.9%.Conclusion The simple lumbar intervertebral disc herniation is the best of all indication of collagenase chemolysis, but the lumbar intervertebral disc herniation combined with other affect factors doesn't adapt to collagenase chemolysis.
