即墨市职业病危害因素现状调查及防治对策

目的为了解即墨市职业病危害因素、从业人员的分布情况及可能潜在发生的职业病的可能性,为防治职业病提供科学的依据。方法采用统一的《青岛市职业病危害因素现状调查表》到企业进行调查并填写。结果共对414家存在职业病危害的企业进行了调查,职工总数为81562人,接触职业病危害因素的职工为41554人,该市存在职业病危害的企业主要分布在制鞋皮革箱包制造业,占53.86%;其次为机械、轻工、纺织,分别占9.66%、8.70%、7.25%。职业病危害因素:化学毒物以有机溶剂为主,占41%;粉尘类的以铸造尘、棉尘、电焊尘为主,物理因素以噪声为主,其次是高温。接触职业病危害因素职工的年龄以28～38岁最多,占53.55%。结论中小企业的职业危害,特别是个体私营企业存在问题多。应加强对个体私营企业和存在职业病危害严重企业的监管力度,提高其遵法守法意识;提高接害职工的自我保护意识;抓好建设项目预评价、控制效果评价,从源头控制和消除职业病危害。
