摘    要:目的探讨新型重组腺病毒5/35载体HIY疫苗(Ad5/35一HIV)刺激小鼠产生IFN-γ分泌型T细胞的效果。方法采用酶联免疫斑点法(ELISPOT)对15只经Ad5/35一HIV肌注免疫后的小鼠体内产生的γ-干扰素分泌型T细胞含量进行测定。结果Ad5/35-HIV免疫后小鼠的脾淋巴细胞的数量显著高于空白对照组(P〈0.05),在体外用HIV V3表位多肽刺激后均可分泌γ-干扰素。结论Ad5/35-HIV使小鼠产生细胞免疫反应。

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of cell mediated immunity of a novel recombinant adenovirus (Ad5/35) vector-based HIV vaccine (Ad5/35-HIV) prepared by Yokohama City University. Methods Ad5/35-HIV was injected i.m. into BALB/c mice, then the levels were detected by enzyme-linked immunospot assay (ELISPOT). Results The levels of T cell which produced INF-gamma in immunized BALB/c mice were more higher than that of blank control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The recombinant Ad5/35 vector-based HIV vaccine can induce a strong cell mediated immunity response.
