| 摘 要： | 目的探讨妊娠滋养细胞疾病(gestational trophoblastic disease,GTD)的MRI表现特征。资料与方法回顾性分析23例经临床或病理诊断为GTD患者的MRI表现。结果 23例中,子宫腔内肿块形态似蜂窝状或葡萄状者13例。肿块内出血6例,肿块边界较清楚3例,侵犯肌层致子宫内膜不连续或位于肌层内18例。增强扫描仅分隔强化2例,既有杂乱分隔的强化又有实性部分强化者11例,囊性部分中央可见多发不规则片状明显强化3例,似血湖状;包膜较完整位于宫腔内3例,包膜不完整15例,子宫肌层内可见多发增粗迂曲的流空血管9例,盆腔两侧可见多发粗大迂曲的血管13例,盆腔积液1例。结论 GTD在MRI上具有特征性表现,结合临床病史及实验室检查可以作出诊断,并可在早期提示肿块的良恶性。
