| 摘 要： | 目的探讨四肢淋巴管瘤的CT、MRI表现及病理改变,旨在提高对其认识。资料与方法搜集经手术病理证实的20例四肢淋巴管瘤患者的影像资料,4例行CT检查,19例行MRI检查,其中2例行MRI增强扫描。分析其影像学表现,并与病理结果对照。结果囊性淋巴管瘤4例,表现为单房或多房分叶状囊性肿物;海绵状淋巴管瘤12例,表现为皮下软组织增厚,呈网格样改变,可见多发扩张淋巴管;血管淋巴管瘤4例,表现为多房囊腔,周围可见增粗迂曲血管,淋巴管囊内出血可见液-液平面。结论影像学检查对四肢淋巴管瘤的诊断具有重要价值,其中MRI较CT更具优势。 |
