| 摘 要： | 目的探讨CT灌注参数血流量(BF)、表面通透性(PS)临界值对鼻咽癌(nasopharyngeal carcinoma,NPC)放疗后局部复发诊断的准确性。资料与方法回顾性分析150例NPC患者放疗后经CT灌注扫描资料,利用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析BF、PS值对诊断NPC放疗后局部复发最佳临界值,计算BF、PS值临界值对诊断局部复发的预测值以及似然比(LR)。结果 CT灌注参数BF、PS临界值诊断NPC放疗后局部复发阳性预测值、阴性预测值分别为90.9%、89.2%和76.4%、70.1%;BF、PS临界值的阳性结果的LR分别为4.7和5,BF、PS阴性结果的LR分别为0.14和0.02。结论 CT灌注成像参数BF、PS临界值对诊断NPC放疗后局部复发具有较好预测值,并具有较好的LR,有助于NPC放疗后局部复发诊断。
