老年患者下呼吸道白色假丝酵母菌医院感染分析

目的 探讨老年患者医院内下呼吸道白色假丝酵母菌感染因素及耐药情况.方法 统计2004-2006年医院内下呼吸道感染的老年住院患者,痰液检出白色假丝酵母菌146例,进行回顾性分析.结果 老年患者医院内下呼吸道白色假丝酵母菌感染相关因素多,且白色假丝酵母菌的检出率逐年上升,近3年分别为25.2%、36.9%、39.9%;耐药率呈显著上升趋势,近3年分别为20.6%、41.8%、34.2%.结论 要降低老年患者下呼吸道白色假丝酵母菌医院感染率,必须有效地控制感染诱发因素,合理使用抗菌药物.

Lower Respiratory Tract Nosocomial Infection by Candida albicans in Geriatric Inpatients
