丹参对烧伤早期创面微循环影响的实验研究

摘    要::目的:探讨丹参改善烧伤创面微循环的机制。方法:SD大鼠随机分成丹参组和生理盐水组,用激光多谱勒血流仪监测两组烧伤后创面瘀滞区微循环血量。结果:伤后两组瘀滞区微循环血量急剧下降,2h降到最低,生理盐水组伤后各时相下降幅度显著大于丹参组。丹参组ET含量伤后各时相上升水平显著低于生理盐水组;生理盐水组含水量伤后4、24、48h明显高于丹参组;生理盐水组MDA含量伤后呈进行性上升,而丹参组一度上升后很快下降。14d观察到生理盐水组瘀滞区坏死面积明显大于丹参组。结论:丹参可改善创面瘀滞区微循环,显著减少瘀滞区坏死面积。

Abstract:Purpose: To investigate the mechanism of radix salviae miltiorrhizae improves microcirculation in burn wounds in early stage.ZMethods: Third degree burn wound models were established in 160 SD rats.They were divided into radix salviae miltiorrhizaetreated group and salinetreated group.Micro-circulation blood flow,endothelin(ET)concentration,water content and MDA concentration in the zone of stasis in wounds were measured.Results: Microcirculation blood flows in the two groups sharply decreased postinjury,and at two hours post-injury,they reached lowest values.Micro-circulation blood flow in salinetreated group decreased more than that in radix salviae miltiorrhizaetreated group at any time points.Radix salviae miltiorrhizaetreated group had lower level of ET concentration,water content and MDA concentration than those of salinetreated group.On the 14th day postinjury,it showed that necrosis area of stasis zone in salinetreated group was markedly larger than that in radix salviae miltiorrhizaetreated group. Conclusion: Radix salviae miltiorrhizae might improve microcirculation in the stasis zone of wounds and obviously decreased necrosis area of stasis zone.
