| 摘 要： | 目的观察以干咳宁为基本方辨证加味治疗慢性干咳的临床疗效。方法将90例慢性干咳患者随机分为干咳宁辨证加味治疗组60例和止嗽散加贝莱对照组30例。观察2组临床疗效和治疗组不同证型疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为96.67%,对照组总有效率为80.0%(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组各证型组症状积分较治疗前减少(P<0.01)。结论干咳宁治疗慢性干咳优于止嗽散加贝莱。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of syndrome differentitation and treatment of the choronic nonproductive cough based on the "Gan Ke Ning".Method 90 cases were allocated to two groups randomly,the treatment group(60 cases) treated by syndrome differentitation and treatment based on "Gan Ke Ning"and the control group(30 cases) treated by "Zhi Shu San and Bei Lai".The effect of the two groups,the curative effect of every syndrome pattern in the treatment group before and after treatment were observed.Result In the treatment group,the total effective rate was 96.67%.There was a markedly significant difference between two groups(P < 0.01),So was the symptom index of the treatment group before and after treatment.But there was no significant difference among the TCM syndrome pattern.Conclusion The syndrome differentitation and treatment based on "Gan Ke Ning" which can markedly improve the curative effect is the important principle of TCM. |
