松弛素在正常、不典型增生性子宫内膜和子宫内膜癌中的表达

目的]探讨松弛素（relaxin，RLx）对子宫内膜癌的可能作用。方法]采用免疫组织化学方法检测正常子宫内膜（12例）、不典型增生性子宫内膜（16例）和子宫内膜癌（42例）中RLx的表达情况。结果]RLx阳性物质定位于子宫内膜腺上皮细胞的胞质中。RLx在正常子宫内膜、不典型增生性子宫内膜和子宫内膜癌中的阳性表达率分别为50．00％、93．75％、95．24％，高表达率分别为0、68．75％、50．00％。正常子宫内膜、不典型增生性子宫内膜和子宫内膜癌三者中RLx阳性表达率和高表达率的差异均有统计学意义。结论]RLx在不典型增生性子宫内膜和子宫内膜癌中的高表达可能成为临床诊断和治疗的新靶点。

Expression of Relaxin in Normal,Hyperplastic Endometrial Tissue and Endometrial Carcinoma

Purpose] To explore the potential role of relaxin （REX） on endometfial carcinoma. Methods] Immunohistochemistry was employed to detect the protein expression of REX in normal （12 cases）, hyperplastic （16 cases）, and malignant endometrial tissue （42 cases）. Results] Positive REX existed in cytoplasm of endometrial cells. The positive expressions of REx in normal, hyperplastic and malignant endometrial tissue were 50.00%, 93.75% and 95.24% respectively,and the high positive expressions of REX in the above 3 sorts of endometrlal tissues were 0, 68.75%, 50.00% respectively. There were significant difference of positive expression and high positive expression of REx among above three endometrial tissues. Conclusion] High expression of RLx in hyperplastic and malignant endometrial tissue may become a new target of clinical diagnosis and treatment.
