| 摘 要： | 目的 探索本科层次外科护理实训教学技能方法,适应实践创新型护理人才培养.方法选择我院2008级本科护生50名作为实验组,采用教改实训方案进行教学；选择2008级本科护生48名作为对照组,采用传统的实训教学方案进行教学,比较两组护生技术操作考核、动手能力培养、学习兴趣等激发方面的情况.结果实验组考核成绩高于对照组(P＜0.05),实验组学生对教学的满意程度高.结论外科护理实训教学是培养学生实践能力和创新思维能力的主要途径.
