摘    要:通过介绍以北京中医药大学2008级工商管理班为试点开展的一系列活动,引入校外辅导员介入式职业教育机制,并分析这一机制的必要性及可行性,探索其在增强学生适应社会的能力、帮助学生实现就业愿望、找到适合自己的社会舞台、最大程度实现社会价值和人生价值方面的作用。
