| 摘 要： | 目的:观察复方丹参联合盐酸氨溴索辅助治疗小儿急性呼吸道感染后痰多症的疗效。方法:将62例患儿随机分为治疗组32例和对照组30例,对照组30例给予常规抗感染及对症处理,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用静脉滴注复方丹参注射液和盐酸氨溴索注射液,2组均治疗10 d为1个疗程,1个疗程后观察疗效。结果:2组有效率比较,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:常规治疗加用复方丹参注射液和盐酸氨溴索注射液辅助治疗小儿急性呼吸道感染后痰多症疗效良好。
