麻杏贝母汤治疗儿童喘息性支气管炎疗效观察

目的:观察麻杏贝母汤治疗儿童喘息性支气管炎的疗效。方法:将299例喘息性支气管炎辨证属于痰饮停肺证型患儿随机分成2组,治疗组150例,对照组149例。治疗组予以麻杏贝母汤,每天3次口服;对照组予以三氮唑核苷、氨茶碱静脉滴注,每天1次。2组疗程均为7 d,1个疗程后比较疗效,患儿咳嗽、气喘、痰鸣改善情况及2组临床主要症状评分。结果:治疗组治愈131例(87.3%),显效8例(5.3%),进步5例(3.3%),无效6例(4.0)%;对照组治愈114例(76.5%),显效13例(8.7%),进步6例(4.0%),无效16例(10.7%),治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组主要症状消失率、临床主要症状评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:麻杏贝母汤治疗儿童喘息性支气管炎疗效显著。

Observation of the efficacy of Ma Xing Beimu Decoction on children's asthmatic bronchitis
