| 摘 要： | 目的:观察茵陈五苓散加减治疗新生儿高胆红素血症的临床疗效。方法:将236例高胆红素血症患儿随机分为2组,治疗组126例,对照组110例。2组患儿均采用常规综合治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加服茵陈五苓散加减。观察治疗后2组患儿日平均胆红素下降值及胆红素下降至205μmol/L以下所需时间,并进行对比。结果:2组日平均胆红素下降值分别为(62.12±22.10)μmol/L、(43.05±23.26)μmol/L;胆红素下降至205μmol/L以下所需时间分别为(3.3±0.96)d、(4.5±1.03)d,2组比较差异有高度统计意义(P<0.01)。结论:常规治疗加用茵陈五苓散加减治疗新生儿高胆红素血症安全有效。
