135例小儿植物神经性癫痫的脑电图及临床分析

本文通过135例小儿植物神经性癫痫患者的脑电图及临床分析,发现其异常脑波多为尖波,尖一慢综合波及阵发性高波幅慢波(主要是4—7次/秒的θ节律),少见棘波发放。对于轻、中型患者,仅用谷氨酸,维生素E,谷维素(部分加用654—2)等促进大脑发育和调节植物神经功能的药物;对重型患者,在使用上述药物的同时加用抗痫药,治疗效果较好,临床症状及异常脑电改善均较快。这提示小儿植物神经性癫痫可能与小儿大脑发育不完善有关。

AN EEG AND CLINICAL ANALYSIS OF 135 CHILD PATIENTS WITH AUTONOMIC NERVOUS EPILEPSY

An EEG and clinical analysis of 135 child patients with autonomic nervous epilepsy was made,It was found that the more common abnormal waves were sharp mave,sharp-solw complex wave and paroxysmal high-voltge slow wave and that the less was spike. The patients with mild and medium types of epilepsy were only given such drugs as glutamic acid, vitamin E and oryzanol (some also 654 -2)to promote the brain functions and to regulate the autonomic nervous functions; besides the drugs mentioned above,the patients of severe type were also given antiepileptics. The disease responded well to such drugs and the clinical symptoms and abnormal waves were soon improved. These suggest that child autonomic nervous epilepsy may be releted to the brain hypoplasia.
