肿痛安用于预防根管治疗术后疼痛的疗效分析

目的　对中成药肿痛安定风止痛胶囊 (ZTA)用于预防根管治疗术后疼痛的临床疗效作出评价。方法　随机选择进行根管治疗术后的 180例患者作为实验组 ,术后当日起口服ZTA 0 5 6g ,每日 3次 ,连服 3天。同时选择 15 0例未服ZTA的根管治疗术患者作为对照组。结果　两组之间术后疼痛的发生情况有非常显著性差异 ,实验组疼痛发生率为 6 6 6 % ,对照组为32 % (P <0 0 1)。结论　ZTA用于预防根管治疗术后疼痛疗效良好。?

A Curative Analysis of Preventing Post-treatnent-pain of Root Canal Therapy with Zhong Tong An

Obective To determine the clinical effects of preventing post treatment pain of root canal therapy(RCT) with Zhong Tong An(ZTA), a Chinese medicine.Methods After root canal therapy,180 patients (Group 1) were given 0 56g ZTA,3 times each day for 3 days.150 patients (Group 2) were given nothing for blank control.Results Significant differences of post treatment pain were found between the two groups,with 6 66% in Group 1 and 32% in Group 2 (χ 2>6 63, P <0 01).Conclusion It′s considered to be a better way to take ZTA to prevent post treatment pain of RCT.
