| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨高甘油三酯血症 (TG)和冠心病 (CHD )发病的关系。方法 分析 15 3例选择性冠状动脉造影确诊的CHD患者 (CHD组 )及 116例冠脉造影阴性者 (对照组 )的TG水平与CHD之间的关系。结果 CHD组患者的TG明显高于对照组 ( 2 .86± 0 .87vs 1.3 6± 0 .71,P <0 .0 1)。经多元逐步回归分析显示TG与CHD间存在有意义的回归关系 ( β值 0 .2 5 ,P =0 .0 0 0 1,复相关系数为 0 .45 )。 结论 高TG是CHD的一个独立危险因素 ,TG值对CHD发病有较重要的作用

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the relationship between high TG concentration and CHD.Methods TG concentrationwas analysed in 269 cases underwent coronary angiography(CHD was present in 153patients and absent in 116 as normal control group).Results TG concentration was significantly higher in patients with CHD than those ofthe normal control group(P<0.01).multivariate regression analysis revealed that TG was a significant variable associated with CHD.Conclusion High TG concentration is a dangerous factor in developing CHD and plays animportant role in the pathogenesis of CHD. |
