| 摘 要： | 目的：观察中华胃康对小鼠胃溃疡发生的抑制作用及对小鼠疲劳时间和自发活动的影响。方法：小鼠胃溃疡模型分别采用冷水应激、灌服盐酸、皮下注射消炎痛同时灌服乙醇制备，分别观察每种模型中模型组、中华胃康大中小剂量组及三九胃泰组小鼠胃溃疡情况并评分。使用转棒式疲劳仪，记录正常对照组、中华胃康大中小剂量组小鼠疲劳时间。使用小鼠自发活动计数仪，记录正常对照组、中华胃康大中小剂量组及安定组小鼠10min内自发活动的次数。结果：与模型组比较，中华胃康大中小剂量组及三九胃泰组小鼠胃溃疡指数明显下降；与正常对照组比较，中华胃康大中小剂量组小鼠疲劳时间明显延长；与正常对照组比较，中华胃康大中小剂量组小鼠10min内活动次数明显增加。结论：中华胃康能有效抑制小鼠实验性胃溃疡的发生，从一个侧面说明中华胃康治疗慢性胃炎的药理基础。
