通心络对不稳定型心绞痛患者可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1水平的影响

目的观察通心络对不稳定型心绞痛患者血清可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1(sICAM-1)水平的影响,探讨其治疗动脉粥样硬化性疾病的可能机制。方法将60例不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为常规治疗组(30例)和通心络组(30例),常规治疗组予常规治疗,通心络组在常规治疗的基础上加用通心络。监测治疗前后血清sICAM-1和血浆血脂水平的变化。结果2组治疗后血浆总胆固醇(TC)和低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)水平均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),但2组间比较差异无显著意义;2组甘油三酯(TG)治疗后均下降,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)治疗后均升高,但治疗前后比较差异均无显著意义(P>0.05)。通心络组血清sICAM-1水平由治疗前的(129.37±32.29)ng/ml下降到治疗后的(78.42±26.42)ng/ml,常规治疗组血清sICAM-1水平由治疗前的(122.32±36.12)ng/ml下降到治疗后的(89.24±21.25)ng/ml,治疗后均有明显降低,且治疗后通心络组sICAM-1水平明显低于同期常规治疗组(均P<0.05)。结论通心络能明显降低不稳定型心绞痛患者血清sICAM-1含量,具有抑制动脉血管壁炎症、保护血管内皮细胞的作用。

Effect of Tongxinluo capsule on intercellular adhesion molecule-1 in patients with unstable angina pectoris

Objective To observe the effect of Tongxinluo on soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (sICAM-1) in patients with unstable angina pectoris.Methods 60 cases with unstable angina pectoris were randomly divided into treatment group (n=30,routine treatment added Tongxinluo) and control group (n=30,routine treatment).Before and after 1 month's treatment,sICAM-1 in serum and blood lipids were measured.Results After treatment,the cocentrations of serum TC and LDL-C were significantly decreased in both group (P<0.05),but there was no difference between two groups.The levels of TG decreased and HDL-C increased in both group,but there were no significant difference in two groups (P>0.05).The level of serum sICAM-1 was decreased from (129.37±32.29)ng/ml to (78.42±26.42)ng/ml in treatment group,and decreased from (122.32±36.12)ng/ml to (89.24±21.25)ng/ml in coutrol group,and it was lower in Tongxinluo group than that in control group (P<0.05).Conclusions Tongxinluo can decrease the level of serum sICAM-1 in patients with unstable angina pectoris,it suggests that Tongxinluo maybe depress vascular imflammation and protect endothelial cells.
