| 摘 要： | 目的探讨不同类型股骨颈骨折对股骨头血供的影响。方法采用高选择性血管造影技术（DSA）对50例股骨颈骨折患者的患髋行Seldinger＇s法股骨头供血动脉造影,测算及比较不同骨折类型股骨颈支持带动脉计数和旋股内动脉跨越股骨颈长度与股骨颈横径之比（旋股内动脉占颈比）。结果股骨颈骨折患者支持带动脉计数和旋股内动脉占颈比,头下型和头颈型明显小于颈中型和基底型（〈0.05）,颈中型明显小于基底型（〈0.05）,头下型和头颈型间比较差异无显著性;GardenⅠ型和GardenⅡ型明显大于Gar-denⅢ型和GardenⅣ型（〈0.05）,GardenⅢ型明显大于GardenⅣ型（〈0.05）,GardenⅠ型和GardenⅡ型间比较差异无显著性。结论股骨颈骨折部位越高,移位越明显,股骨头血供损害程度越重,提示股骨头血供破坏程度与骨折类型有关。
