止痛如神汤口服联合苦参汤熏洗治疗混合痔术后疼痛的临床疗效观察

目的探讨止痛如神汤口服联合苦参汤熏洗治疗混合痔术后疼痛的临床疗效。方法纳入2016年1月—2017年1月肛肠外科接受手术治疗的80例混合痔患者的临床资料,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例。治疗组给予止痛如神汤口服联合苦参汤熏洗,对照组给予酮咯酸氨丁三醇注射液治疗。比较两组患者术后疼痛缓解情况,对患者进行长达12个月的随访,比较两组患者在术后1个月、6个月以及12个月的生活质量。结果治疗组疼痛缓解率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组在术后1个月、6个月以及12个月的日常生活能力、社会活动能力、抑郁症状以及焦虑症状改善情况均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论止痛如神汤口服联合苦参汤熏洗治疗混合痔术后疼痛疗效肯定,并且在长期随访中可以改善患者的生活质量。

Clinical Effect of Zhitong Rushen Decoction Combined with Kushen Decoction on Postoperative Pain of Mixed Hemorrhoids

Objective The purpose of this study was to investigate the clinical effect of Zhitong Rushen Decoction combined with Kushen Decoction on postoperative pain of mixed hemorrhoids by oral administration of Zhitong Rushen Decoction combined with Kushen.Methods The clinical data of 80 patients with mixed hemorrhoids who underwent surgical treatment in anorectal surgery from January 2016 to January 2017 were included,and they were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The treatment group was given Oral Zhitong Rushen Decoction combined with Kushen Decoction for fumigation,and the control group was given Ketorolac Tromethamine Injection.The postoperative pain relief of the two groups of patients was compared,and the patients were followed up for up to 12 months to compare the quality of life of the two groups of patients at 1 month,6 months and 12 months after surgery.Results The pain relief rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The treatment group′s ability of daily living,social activity ability,depressive symptoms and anxiety symptoms at 1 month,6 months and 12 months after surgery were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Zhitong Rushen Decoction and Kushen Decoction is effective for the postoperative pain of mixed hemorrhoids,and it can improve the quality of life of patients after long-term follow-up.
