Clinical Value of Chishen Zhuanggu Decoction Combined with Percutaneous Minimally Invasive Internal Fixation in the Treatment of Limb Fractures

Objective To analyze the application value of Chishen Zhuanggu formula combined with percutaneous minimally invasive internal fixation in the treatment of limb fractures.Method A total of 94 patients with limb fractures admitted to the General Hospital of North China Petroleum Administration Bureau from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected and randomly divided into a control group of 47 cases and a treatment group of 47 cases.Both groups underwent percutaneous minimally invasive internal fixation,and routine anti-infective treatment was given after the operation.On this basis,the treatment group was treated with Chishen Zhuanggu Decoction for 8 weeks.Result After treatment,the fracture healing time of the treatment group was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.30%(42/46)higher than that of the control group 69.57%(32/46),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum BGP,IGF-1,and BMP-2 levels of the two groups were higher than before treatment(P<0.05),and the serum BGP,IGF-1 and BMP-2 levels of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative functional recovery rate of 89.13%(41/46)in the treatment group was higher than 71.74%(33/46)in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Chishen Zhuanggu formula combined with percutaneous minimally invasive internal fixation has a significant effect in the treatment of limb fractures,which is conducive to promote early fracture healing and improve the functional status of patients.The mechanism may be related to the up regulation of serum bone metabolism factor expression.
