Analysis of the Improvement Effect of the Start and End Points of the Spur Muscle on Muscle Spasm and Limb Function after Stroke

Objective To analyze the effect of the start and end points of the restoration thorn muscle on muscle spasm and limb function in patients after stroke.Methods From March 2019 to December 2019,90 patients with post-stroke spasticity who were treated in the Department of Acupuncture and Moxibustion at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were given Jieyu Dan,Buyang Huanwu Decoction,Zuogui Wan and Dihuang for Chinese medicine The treatment was divided into two groups by random number grouping method,45 cases in each group.Patients who used restoring acupuncture on the basis of routine medication were the study group,and patients who received acupuncture on the routine basis were the reference group.The joint range of motion,muscle spasm(MAS),lower limb function(FAM)and treatment effects were compared between the two groups before treatment,2 weeks of treatment and 4 weeks of treatment.Results The knee and ankle flexion and extension of the patients in the study group were significantly improved 2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment compared with before the treatment(P<0.05),and the knee and ankle joints of the patients in the study group moved 4 weeks after treatment.Degree and extension index were significantly better than the reference group(P<0.05);the knee and ankle MAS index of the two groups of patients were significantly better than before treatment for 2 weeks and 4 weeks(P<0.05),and after 4 weeks of treatment in the study groupSignificant MAS index was significantly better than the reference group(P<0.05);the FAM index of the two groups of patients 2 weeks and 4 weeks after intervention was significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the FAM index of patients in the study group 2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment The comparison of the reference group was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The starting and ending points of the spur muscles are beneficial to the active flexion of lower limb joints,improve limb function,relieve muscle spasm,and have a significant effect on patients with lower limb spasm after stroke,which is worth of further promoted and applied.
