Effect of Guizhi Fuling Decoction on Collateral Circulation and Clinical Efficacy of Acute Cerebral Infarction

Objective To explore the effect of Guizhi Fuling Decoction in treating acute cerebral infarction(ACI on patients’collateral circulation,and analyze its therapeutic effect.Methods A total of 60 patients with ACI who were admitted to the Department of Brain Diseases,Wuyi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Jiangmen City between April and December 2019,were divided into two groups according to the random number table:30 patients in the control group were given conventional treatment,and 30 patients in the treatment group were treated with Gui Treated with Zhifuling Decoction,both groups of patients were treated for 14 days.The National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS),activities of daily living(ADL)scores,collateral blood flow velocityposterior cerebral artery were recorded before treatment and 14 days after treatment.,PCA),middle cerebral artery(middle cerebral artery,MCA),anterior cerebral artery(anterior cerebral artery,ACA)blood flow velocity and resistance index(resistance index,RI),pulsation index(pulsatility index,PI)],serum Inflammation levelinterleukin(IL)-6,IL-10,tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)],and statistics of the total effective rate and safety of treatment for the two groups of patients.Results After 14 days of treatment,the NIHSS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the ADL scores were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the NIHSS and ADL scores of the treatment group were average after 14 days of treatment Better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.00%(27/30),and the total effective rate of the control group was 73.33%(22/30).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 14 days of treatment,the ACA and PCA blood flow velocity,RI and PI indexes of the two groups were significantly reduced(P<0.05),and the ACA and PCA blood flow velocity,RI and PI indexes of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group after 14 days of treatment(P<0.05);MCA blood flow velocity of the two groups of patients was significantly higher after 14 days of treatment than before treatment(P<0.05),and the MCA blood flow velocity of the treatment group increased significantly than that of the control group after 14 days of treatment(P<0.05).After 14 days of treatment,the serum IL-6 and TNF-αindex levels of the two groups of patients were significantly reduced compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the IL-10 index levels were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05).The decreased levels of serum IL-6 and TNF-αand the increased levels of IL-10 in the group were better than those in the control group after 14 days of treatment(P<0.05).No abnormal physical and chemical indicators and adverse reactions were found in the two groups of patients during the treatment.Conclusion Guizhi Fuling Decoction has a significant effect in adjuvant treatment of ACI.It can effectively improve the collateral blood flow velocity,the patient’s nerve function and daily living ability,reduce serum inflammatory response,and is safe to use.
