胶原酶单独注射和与髓核切吸术合用治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效比较

目的比较胶原酶单独注射和与髓核切吸术合用治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效.方法将腰椎间盘突出症病人分为4组分别按腰椎间盘内、外注射胶原酶法及分别将腰椎间盘内、外注射胶原酶与髓核切吸术合用进行治疗.结果椎间盘内、外注射胶原酶法与髓核切吸术合用两组有效率分别为94%及93%,高于单独椎间盘内、外注射胶原酶两组(有效率分别为90%及88%).结论胶原酶溶解髓核与切吸髓核合用治疗腰椎间盘突出症能更快速、有效地降低椎间盘内压力,疗效更高.

Curative Effect Comparision of Collagenase Injection alone and United Application of Collagenase Injection and Percutaneous Lumbar Disectomy in the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation

Objective: To compare the curative effect of collagenase injection alone and united application of collagenase injection and percutaneous lumbar discectomy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Method: All patients of lumbar disc herniation were divided into four groups to be treated by injecting collagenase alone into inner or outer of intervertebral disc and united application collagenase injection and percutaneous lumbar discectomy. Result: Effective ratios of united application collagenase injection into inner or outer of intervertebral disc and percutaneous lumbar discectomy are respectively 94 percent and 93 percent. They are higher than the effective ratios of collagenase injection alone into inner and outer of intervertebral: (90 percent and 88 percent). Conclusion: United application of collagenase dissolving nucleus pulposus and percutaneous lumbar discectomy decrease inner pressure of intervertebral disc more rapidly and more effectively. Effective ratios are higher.
