应用持续质量改进法提高医务人员手卫生依从性

目的应用持续质量改进的方法提高医护人员洗手和手消毒的依从性。方法采用现场观察和问卷调查方法,对持续质量改进法实施期间医务人员手卫生执行情况和依从性的提高效率进行了观察。结果根据相关洗手指征和标准规定,所实施CQI管理的科室医务人员在实施CQI管理之前洗手率为33.17%;实施CQI管理措施之后,医务人员洗手执行率提高到87.98%(表1)。管理措施实施结果实现了本计划规定的达到80%以上的目标,实施CQI管理前后医务人员洗手率差异有统计学意义。结论应用持续质量改进(CQI)方法提高了医务人员洗手依从性。

USING THE METHOD OF CONTINUOUS QUALITY IMPROVEMENT TO IMPROVE THE COMPLIANCE OF HAND-HYGIENE OF THE STAFFS

Objective Using the method of continuous quality improvement to improve the compliance of washing and disinfecting hands of the staffs.Methods On-site inspection and questionnaire investigation were used to observe the performance and efficiency of compliance of hand-hygiene of the staffs during enforcing the method of continuous quality improvement.Results According to indications and standard about hand-washing,the rate of hand-washing of staffs in the department that enforced CQI before enforcing the CQI was 33.17%;After enforcing the CQI,the rate of hand-washing rose to 87.98%.Result of this management achieved the aim which regulated to above 80%.Difference of hand-washing rates before and after enforcing the CQI was significance.Conclusion Using the method of continuous quality improvement can improve the compliance of hand-hygiene of the staffs.
