胰岛细胞瘤切除术的麻醉处理

目的:研究胰岛细胞瘤切除术的麻醉方法,为手术创造便利条件。方法:麻醉诱导静注异丙酚2.0mg/kg、芬太尼0.005mg/kg、维库溴铵0.1mg/kg,吸入笑气和安氟醚维持麻醉。为防止病人低血糖,术前静注50%葡萄糖。结果:全麻下分次切除肿瘤,直至血糖升高为止,术毕病人清醒,安全返回病房。结论:全身麻醉消除了病人因低血糖而导致的不适感觉。维持血糖中低水平,能够准确反映肿瘤彻底切除。

Anaesthesia for surgical removal of insulinoma

Objective To study the anaesthesia method for surgical removal of insulinoma, and create the convenient condition for the surgical operation. Method The anaesthesia inductions of 16 patients were received intravenous propofol 2.0 mg/ kg, fentanel 0.005mg/ kg , vencurone 0.1 mgkg, inhalated nitrousoxide and enflurane to maintain anaesthesia. For preventing from the low blood sugar, the patients were received with intravenous 50% glucose before operation. Results The patients were removed gradually insulinoma undergoing the general anesthesia, keeping to the blood sugar to go up. The patients who were wide awake returned the recovery room at the end of operation. Conclusion The unwell feeling of patients caused by low blood sugar was prohibited from the general anesthesia. The blood sugar of patients was maintained in middle or low level, could reflect accurately surgical removal insulinoma thoroughly.
