| 摘 要： | 目的：比较温泉运动疗法和常规疗法治疗肩周炎的效果。方法：１０１例肩周炎患者随机分成两且，治疗组５６例，接受温泉运动水疗，对照组４５例，接受常规治疗，1月后其疗效。结果：两组的总有效率相同，但治疗组的治愈及近愈率为78．6％，而对照组则为28．9％，经统计学分析x2=24．64，P＜0．01，二者有显著差异，治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。
