影响椎基底动脉供血不足患者的心理健康因素调查分析

目的：探讨椎基底动脉供血不足患者的心理健康程度及其影响因素，为临床解决其心理问题提供依据。方法：采用症状自评量表（SCL-90）和社会支持评定量表（SSRS）对本院98例椎基底动脉供血不足患者进行调查，同时分析性别、年龄、发作次数。对疾病了解程度及社会支持等对患者心理健康的影响。结果：躯体化、抑郁、强迫、焦虑4项因子得分与国内常模相比差异有显著性意义（均P〈0.05），4项因子与性别、发作次数、患者对疾病的了解程度及文化程度、诱因、社会支持等方面密切相关。结论：影响VBI患者的心理健康因素较多，针对性的心理护理干预对减轻其心理异常有利。

Investigating analysis of the psychological health factors of the patients with vertebrobasilar insufficiency.

Objective:To study the psychological health degree of vertebrobasilar arterial insufficiency(VBI)patients and its influencing factors.Methods:SCL-90 and SSRS were used to assess the psychological status of 98 VBI patients.The influencing factors of psychological health level of VBI patients,including sex,age,attack number,the degree of knowledge of disease and social support,educational level and so on were analyzed.Results:Scores of several factors,including anxiety,depression,somatization symptoms and compel in VBI patients were significantly higher than those of Chinese norm(all P<0.05).Their negatives psychological health levels were significant correlated with attack number,sex,educational level,the degree of knowledge of disease and social support.Conclusion:There are many factors of influencing the patients with VBI,and mental intervention is beneficial to these patients.
