济安舒能应用在132例剖宫产术后切口的疗效观察

目的:探讨济安舒能对减少剖宫产伤口并发症,促进切口愈合的临床价值。方法:选取行剖宫产手术的262例患者,随机分为观察组(130例)与对照组(132例)。观察组除常规术后抗感染、支持疗法外,给与济安舒能喷洒切口。对照组只采用常规术后抗感染和支持疗法。结果:两组7天拆线后,观察组切口甲级愈合130例(98.48%),对照组甲级愈合116例(89.23%),观察组有红肿硬结2例(1.52%),无感染、无切口裂开,对照组红肿硬结12例(9.23%),2例表浅裂开、感染(1.54%)。两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:济安舒能喷洒切口愈合快,减少伤口并发症,且操作简便,经济实惠具有实际临床使用价值。

KOTO CARE Applying 132 People Who Accept Curative Effect Observe After Wound of Caesarean Birth
