正交试验优选仁志止咳颗粒的提取工艺

摘    要:目的:优选仁志止咳颗粒的提取工艺。方法:以溶剂量、提取次数、乙醇浓度为考察因素,以得膏率、小鼠咳嗽潜伏期和小鼠咳嗽次数的综合评分作为评价指标,采用L9(33)正交试验表优选提取工艺。结果:优选的提取工艺为用5倍量的溶剂提取2次,所得的浸膏加60%乙醇溶解,静置过夜,取上清液,过滤,滤液减压回收乙醇至稠膏状,加4倍量糖粉-淀粉的混合物(糖粉∶淀粉=3∶2,淀粉在105℃干燥1h),混合均匀后制成软材,过筛、干燥、整粒,即得疏松的淡黄色颗粒。结论:该工艺简便、可行。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To optimize the extraction process for Renzhi anti - cough granules. METHODS:The preparation process was optimized by orthogonal experiment design L9(3^3) with the amount of solvent,extraction times and concentration of alcohol as factors and with yield of paste, the latency for the cough of mice and the cough times as indexes. RESULTS: The optimum extraction process was as follows: Adding 5 times of solvent for extraction twice, and the extraetum obtained was dissolved with 60% alcohol and stayed still overnight, then the supernatant was taken for filtration with ethanol- extract filtrate recovered under reduced pressure until paste was obtained, then 4 times of thoroughly mixed mixture of sugar- starch (3 : 2; the starch was dried at 105 12 for 1 hour in advance) was added to prepare soft material, after sieving, drying and granulation, porous yellowish granules were obtained .CONCLUSION: The method can help reduce the dosage needed while enhancing drug efficacy and it is applicable for the preparation of Renzhi anti - cough granules.
