加减血府逐瘀汤治疗冠心病合并失眠症36例

目的评价加减血府逐瘀汤治疗冠心病合并失眠症的临床疗效。方法采用开放、随机对照临床试验将2011年1月-2012年12月我院住院的冠心病合并失眠患者69例，随机分成两组，治疗组（36例）口服加减血府逐瘀汤，对照组（33例）静滴丹参注射液、睡前口服地西泮，冠心病有效率采用秩和检验，失眠缓解率采用PSQI评定临床疗效。结果加减血府逐瘀汤对患者胸痹与不寐有显著疗效，缓解心绞痛总有效率达88．89％，治疗失眠总有效率达88．33％。结论加减血府逐瘀汤治疗冠心病合并失眠症，具有显著疗效。

Modified Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease and 36 Cases of Insomnia

Objective to evaluate the clinical effect of modified Xuefu Zhuyu decoction in treating coronary heart dis- ease patients with insomnia. Methods an open, randomized controlled clinical trials in 2011 January ~ 2012 year in De- cember of insomnia in patients with coronary heart disease in our hospital 69 cases, were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group （36 cases） treated with addition and subtraction Xuefu Zhuyu decoction, the control group （33 cases） intravenously Danshen injection, bedtime oral diazepam, coronary heart disease with efficiency the rank sum test, insomnia remission rate of clinical efficacy was evaluated by PSQI. Results modified Xuefu Zhuyu decoction has ob- vious therapeutic effect on patients with chest pain and insomnia, alleviate angina, the total effective rate was 88.8 % , to- tal effective rate was 88.3 % in the treatment of insomnia.
