7种酸味中药对STZ致小鼠糖尿病的作用

日曲评价7种酸味中药对以链尿佐菌素（STZ）致小鼠糖尿病降血糖作用的活性。方法STZ致小鼠糖尿病为动物模型，血糖值超过11．1mmoL·L-1者为造模成功，以五味子、金樱子、乌梅、酸枣仁、山楂、山茱萸、白芍7种酸性中药为研究对象。造模成功小鼠分为模型组、盐酸二甲双胍组（250mg·kg-1）、各个药物组（10g·kg-1）治疗21d，考察酸味中药对链尿佐菌素致糖尿病小鼠血糖、口服葡萄糖耐量、血清胰岛素及体重的影响。结朵与模型组比较药物组能降低STZ糖尿病小鼠空腹血糖量、口服糖耐量升高血清胰岛素含量并能改善动物“三多一少”的症状，其中盐酸二甲双胍组、五味子、金樱子、山茱萸组效果较好。结论酸性药物五味子、金樱子、山茱萸能明显改善STZ小鼠糖尿病症状。

7 kinds of Sour Medicinal Herbs on STZ Induced Diabetic Mice Role

Objective To evaluate 7 kinds of Sour Medicinal Herbs on STZ induced hypoglycemic effect in diabetic mice activity. Methods streptozotocin （STZ） induced diabetic mice as animal model, blood glucose level more than 11. I mmoL · L-l for modeling success, with Schisandra, Rosa laevigata, dark plum, wild jujube, hawthorn, dogwood, Ra- dix Paeoniae Alba 7 acidic medicine as the object of study. The successful model rats were divided into model group, met- formin group （250 mg · kg-l ）, each drug group （ 10 g · kg-I ） for treatment of 21 d, the influence of Sour Medicinal Herbs on STZ induced diabetic mice blood glucose, oral glucose tolerance, serum insulin and body weight. Results com- pared with the model group, drug group can reduce fasting blood sugar in diabetic STZ mice, oral glucose tolerance in- creased serum insulin levels and improving animal ＂a little＂ symptom, including metformin hydrochloride group, Schisan- dra, Rosa laevigata, Comus ofllcinalis group is better. Conclusion the acidic drug Schisandra, Rosa laevigata, Comus officinalis can obviously improve the symptoms of diabetes in STZ mice.
