| 摘 要： | 目的通过研究循期阴阳序贯疗法对化疗致POF大鼠血清INHB水平变化的影响，为建立中医药治疗POF提供有效治疗方案及其临床推广应用提供科学依据。方法选取动情周期规律的SD大鼠纳入实验，运用环磷酰胺腹腔注射造模。选取造模成功的大鼠随机分成左归丸组、右归丸组、循期阴阳序贯低、中、高剂量组、雌孕序贯组、模型组、空白对照组并分别给予不同治疗药物。治疗20天后，股动脉采血并处死大鼠，运用酶联免疫吸附法检测各组大鼠血清抑制素B（INHB）浓度。结果循期阴阳序贯组对大鼠血清INHB水平有不同程度的升高（与模型空白组比较P〈O．05）。循期阴阳序贯组比左归丸组（即单补肾阴）大鼠血清INHB水平亦有不同程度的升高（P〈0．05）。结论循期阴阳序贯组对化疗致POF大鼠可以增加血清INHB浓度，说明此疗法可以改善化疗致卵巢早衰大鼠的卵巢功能，为其临床推广应用提供了实验依据。

| Abstract: | Objective to study the effect of sequential therapy of cycle of yin and Yang induced changes in serum INHB levels in POF rats of chemotherapy through the research for the establishment of Chinese medicine to provide scientific ba- sis for the treatment of POF to provide effective treatment scheme and its application in clinical practice. Methods SD rats were selected with regular estrous cycle into the experiment, using cyclophosphamide intraperitoneal injection molding, the rats were randomly divided into Zuogui pill group, Yougtd Pill, group, and were given different treatments on period of yin and Yang, sequential low medium and high dose group, estrogen and progesterone sequential group, model group, blank control group. After 20 days of therapy, femoral artery blood and rats were killed, using enzyme - linked immunosorbent assay in serum inhibin B rats in each group （INHB） concentration. The cycle of yin and Yang sequential group increasedin different degrees on the serum INHB level of rats （ compared with model control group P 〈 0.05 ）, the cycle time se- quential group than in Yin and Yang Zuogui pill group （i. e. single kidney yin） of serum INHB levels in rats also had in- creased in various degree （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion through the period of yin and Yang sequential group POF rats in- duced by the chemotherapy can increase the serum concentration of INHB, the ovarian function of this therapy can improve the chemotherapy induced POF rats, to provide experimental basis for its clinical application. |
