LYVE-1和CD31在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及与肿瘤转移的相关性研究

摘    要:目的本研究探讨LYVE-1和CD31在非小细胞肺癌(non—small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)中的表达及其与肿瘤转移的关系.方法采用EnVision显色系统免疫组化方法检测40例NSCLC癌组织和40例癌周组织LYVE-1和CD31的表达,并计数LYVE-1和CD31标记的癌组织及癌旁组织中的微淋巴管(MLVD)和微血管密度(MVD).结果NSCLC癌组织与正常肺组织和癌旁组织中MLVD差异有统计学意义(P〈0.001);癌组织中MLVD在有淋巴结转移组与无淋巴结转移组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.001);癌组织中MLVDⅠ期+Ⅱ期与Ⅲ期+Ⅳ期比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.001);但NSCLC癌组织中MLVD与性别、年龄、肿瘤大小、组织学类型和分化程度无关(P〉0.05).NSCLC癌旁组织MVD显著高于癌组织MVD,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.001);NSCLC有淋巴转移组MVD高于无淋巴转移组,比较无统计学意义(P〉0.05);NSCLCⅢ期+Ⅳ期MVD高于Ⅰ期+Ⅱ期,比较无统计学意义(P〉0.05).相关性分析统计表明,MLVD/MVD在NSCLC癌周组织中的表达无相关性(r=0.034,P〉0.05).结论NSCLC中LYVE-1和CD31表达水平可作为判断病情进展和肿瘤转移的指标之一.

Abstract:Objective To explore expression of LYVE-1, CD31 and its relationship with tumor metastasis in Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC). Methods LYVE-1 and CD31 were detected by EnVisionTM immunohistochmistry method in 40 tumour tissues and 40 adjacent tissues; the expression of LYVE-1 and CD31 was used to mark the lymphatic endothelial cell and vascular endothelial cell, the lymphatic vascular microvascular density (MLVD) and microvascular density (MVD). Results The MLVD of tumor tissues was different from normal lung tissues and adjacent tissues of NSCLC (P 〈 0.001) ; the MLVD of the lymph node metastasis was different from non-lymph node metastasis (P 〈 0.001) ; MLVD was different in Ⅲ + Ⅳ stage from Ⅰ + Ⅱ stage (P〈 0.001) ; MLVD was not related with age, sex, tumor size, histological type and differentiation of NSCLC tumor tissues (P 〉 0.05). The MVD of tumor tissues was significantly higher than adjacent tissues (P 〈 0.001) ; The MVD of tumor tissues with lymph node metastasis was higher than those without lymph node metastasis, but the difference was statistically significant (P 〉 0.05) ; The MVD of tumor tissues in Ⅲ + Ⅳ stage was higher than those in Ⅰ + Ⅱ stage, but the difference was not statistically significant (P〉 0.05) ; There was no correlation between MLVD and MVD in tumor of NSCLC (P 〉 0.05). Gonclusion LYVE - 1 and CD31 may be used to estimate the progression and lymph node metastasis.
