| 摘 要： | 现今越来越多的产妇选择自然分娩生产，然而，分娩时子宫收缩引起的疼痛常常使产妇无法忍受，严重可出现休克。理想的分娩镇痛应有效减轻疼痛，让产妇能积极、主动参与和体验分娩的过程，而对胎儿和分娩进程影响最小。本文就分娩镇痛的相关方法和辅助方法研究进展综述如下。

| Abstract: | Today more and more mothers choose natural childbirth to deliver babies, however, they often can not tolerate maternal pain caused by uterine contraction, which can even cause a serious shock. The ideal labor analgesia should effectively ease pain, make mothers participate in the experience of the delivery process positively and actively. This paper Summarized the related methods and auxiliary methods of the progress of labor analgesia. |
