| 摘 要： | 目的 观察磷钛钾晶体（potassium titanyl phosphate，KTP）泪道激光治疗泪道阻塞的效果，并探讨失败的可能原因。方法 泪道阻塞162例178眼经KTP泪道激光治疗，同时进行统计并加以分析。结果 178眼中有效153眼，其中复合性阻塞以及合并慢性泪囊炎者有效率较低。结论 KIP泪道激光操作简便，组织损伤小，能有效治疗各种泪道阻塞，失败原因主要是阻塞复杂性、解剖畸形及假道形成等。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of potassium titanyl phosphate(KTP) laser therapy in lacrimal passage obstruction and discuss the possible reasons for failure.Methods One hundred seventy-eight eyes in 162 cases were chosen to undergo treatment with KTP laser therapy and the data was then analyzed.Results Of the 178 eyes,146 eyes were cured and 7 eyes improved.KTP laser appears to be less effective in cases with compound obstruction and chronic dacryocystitis.Conclusion The KTP laser is useful.The main reasons for failure are anatomical dysmorphia,inflamation of false passages,etc. |
