操作性肌电生物反馈对脑血管意外偏瘫患者髋关节功能恢复的疗效观察

摘    要:目的观察操作性肌电生物反馈疗法是否能明显增强脑血管意外偏瘫伴髋关节功能障碍患者的屈髋肌和髋外展肌的肌力和自主肌电信号。方法22例脑血管意外偏瘫患者,病程全部在6个月以上,均经其他康复方法治疗未能再进一步改善功能。全部患者均接受1个疗程,15次、每次50min的操作性肌电生物反馈疗法治疗。分别进行治疗前后屈髋肌、髋外展肌肌力评估和肌电信号数据采集,并进行比较。结果治疗1个疗程后,患者屈髋肌和髋外展肌的肌力和自主肌电信号较治疗前均有明显提高(P<0.001)。结论操作性肌电生物反馈治疗技术是改善脑血管意外偏瘫患者髋关节的屈髋肌和髋外展肌的肌力和自主肌电信号有效方法。

Abstract:Objective:To determine if the electromyography(EMG) biofeedback techniques can significant improve the muscle strength and the voluntary EMG signal of the hip flexion and hip abductor in stroke patients with hemiplegia.Method:All of the patients had more than 6-month history after stroke,and had less than normal muscle strength and reached a plateau in function recovery by other rehabilitation methods. All the patients had 1 course including 15 treatment sessions with 50 minutes in each session.The data of surface EMG and muscle strength before and after treatment were obtained on the hip flexor and hip abductor respectively.The data were compared and analyzed statistically.Result:The increases of voluntary EMG signal and muscle strength after one course of treatment were significantly improved(P<0.001). Conclusion: The operant conditioning electromyography (EMG)biofeedback is an effective rehabilitation method in improve the hip joint function in stroke patient with hemiplegia.
