替硝唑和甲硝唑治疗牙周脓肿和冠周炎的疗效比较

目的：评价替硝唑对口腔炎症的疗效及其安全性方法：用替硝唑治疗牙周肿和冠周炎，以甲硝为对照药物通过治疗前后的临床和实验室检查，以评价其疗效和安全性。对厌氧菌培养阳性的标本进行替硝唑和甲硝唑的最小抑菌浓度测定。结果：替硝唑对牙周脓肿和为的疗效明显优于甲硝唑，其不良反应轻微。结论：替硝唑是一种抗厌氧菌高效，安全的经，可替代甲硝唑。

Comparative study of clinical effects of tinidazole and metronidazole in the treatment of peridontal abscess and pericoronitis

Objectives: To evaluate the clinical effects and safety of tinidazole in the treatment of peridontal abscess and pericoronitis. Methods: Forty three patients with peridontal abscess or pericoronitis were treated with tinidazole, and 41 patients with peridontal abscess or pericoronitis were treated with metronidazole as control. Clinical and chemical examinations were carried out before or after the treatment, and the MIC of tinidazole and metronidazole were determined in samples of positive anaerobic culture. Results: For patients with peridontal abscess, the effective rates in the tinidazole group and metronidazole group were 94% and 64% respectively, for patients with periconitis,they were 100% and 81%. The clinical effect of tinidazole was significantly better than that of metronidazole ( P <0.05). The MIC of tinidazole group was not different from that of metronidazole group ( P <0.05). There was little side effects from the use of tinidazole. Conclusions: Tinidazole is an effective and safe anti anaerobic medicine which is an alternative to metronidazole.
